Returns & Refund Policy
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns on any MIKIBEADS items. In some cases, items can be returned and fixed for a cost. All accidental damage is not covered by MIKIBEADS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your items.
If your item is faulty, please be in contact with us within 5 days of receiving your parcel. If this time has passed, return expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Change of Mind Policy
Sorry Queens! We do not accept any change of mind orders.
Any personalised or customised items cannot be refunded for change of mind.
We do not take responsibility for lost items sent via Australia Post. All enquiries should be directed to an Australia Post branch or lodged via their website.
At time of checkout you can choose to purchase transit cover on your parcel. If your parcel then gets Lost, Damaged or Stolen in transit you can simply contact us via email. If you choose not to select transit cover, your parcel is not covered with any insurance and MIKIBEADS will not be held liable or compensate the buyer for any Lost, Damaged or Stolen parcels.
