Returns & Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns on gift cards, personalised items or earrings due to hygiene reasons. If you have a change of mind on a standard item (non personalised), please contact us within 24 hours of arrival (dated by delivery date on tracking number).ย 

In some cases,ย if you have changed your mind within 24 hours of ordering on our online store - with no personalised items in your order, we can issue a refund minus a restocking & admin fee.ย Our restocking fee is set at 15% of the order cost.

Please note: return expenses are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent with a trackable shipping service. Original shipping expenses is not refunded on return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

Help! My items arrived broken.

Should you discover a fault with your item, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your parcel so we can fix it up for you! Beyond this timeframe, return expenses become the responsibility of the customer.ย 

Any accidental damage or damage incurred after delivery is not covered by MIKIBEADS.
