What is your current processing time for orders?

Our current processing time for orders is up to 7 business days (excluding custom orders). You can find more details regarding order processing times here.

I have placed an order already and want to add to it and avoid doubling up on shipping, can I do this?

YES QUEEN. Of course you can, as long as you have not received an email stating that your order has been completed. Add the discount code "ADDONORDER" and state your previous order number in the Special Instructions to seller. If you still need assistance, feel free to contact me.

Do you accept Custom Orders?

Of course we do! Our best creations come from our Custom Orders. Processing times for custom orders are between 10-14 business days. Please use our Custom Order Form to let us know what you'd like us to create for you.

I have two coupon codes, can I use them both?

Sorry! Unfortunately you can only use a maximum of 1 coupon code per order.

Do you offer Refunds and Exchanges?

We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for a change of mind. In the unfortunate case that your product has arrived damaged or incorrect please contact us right away so that we can arrange a solution that will satisfy you. You can use our Contact Form to get in touch with us.

Are your products safe for my baby to chew on?

NO. Our Products are NOT suitable for children 3 and under. Although our Silicone Beads are free from BPA, Lead, Cadmium, Phthalates, PVC and Latex, our products are not designed for babies at all. They are strictly not to be used as toys or anything teething related. I mean, no one wants our pretty items being chewed. Am I right?
