 The circles represent important places. The 'U' shapes represent Aboriginal people sitting together.

About the Artist

Mikaela Cameron (M. J. Badagarang) is a proud Dharug saltwater woman from the Hawkesbury River in New South Wales, Australia. Mikaela has a deep connection to her culture and has a passion for sharing this with others through the use of art and creative making.

Sacred places lanyard

I love the design of the lanyard and the colours are amazing! The only critique I would give it the back of the lanyard where is is sewn together is itchy from the hard bit where it’s been lit on fire to bind the fabric. But overall happy with my purchase! Would definitely buy again!
