Refunds/Replacement Policy

No refunds or replacements for breakage or lost tokens. Please handle your trolley tokens with care and do not attempt to force them into trolleys, or in an up/down motion. Do not add pressure or push the token into the slot this can cause it to break with hard pressure. If the token isn’t being welcomed and working in a smooth manner please try another trolley. I got two of them one to keep to give away with almost every supermarket going to coin trolleys this is a fantastic buy!!! Always have it easy to use ended up giving my spare one to an old lady at the supermarket who saw me using mine she was so grateful as it’s hard for her to grab the coin out of the trolley or it falls and she would have a hard time getting it back thanks so much for making so many peoples lives easier with this and the price brilliant will be ordering more as gifts!!!
